In compliance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (‘GDPR’), I kindly inform you that:

- I only collect personal data that you voluntarily provide, and your consent is the basis for their processing.
- When you send an e-mail to the address provided on this website, I process the following data: your first name, last name, e-mail address, telephone number, position, company name.
- If the documents that I translate contain personal data of the client and/or third parties, I only process these data for the purpose of translation, and I assume that the client has obtained the appropriate consent from all the persons concerned.
- Your personal data is only processed for the following purposes:
- to contact you and give you information on the services provided;
- to enter into a service agreement;
- to provide a translation service;
- to issue an invoice;
- for archiving purposes and debt recovery.
- I process personal data in line with personal data protection regulations and the privacy policy implemented by me. Data are stored using appropriate safeguards and precautions (such as encryption, up-to-date antivirus software, strong passwords and deleting data after a reasonable time, i.e. a maximum of six months after the data become unnecessary for the purpose for which they were collected).
- Personal data are only processed by me and the persons authorised by me (i.e. the accounting office to which I provide the data contained in my invoices).
- Each data subject has the right to access, rectify or erase his or her personal data or restrict their processing, and has the right to data portability as well as to object to the processing, to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority and to withdraw consent to the processing of personal data at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.
